Dresses are perfect for the hot day and chilly night. Especially when you have ruffles! Who doesn’t like ruffles? They are so playful and bouncy!
I would love to make a pattern, however this is custom made and everyone is different, thus it would make it difficult to make a pattern. Sorry for any inconveniences!
